Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it, but wouldn't advise against not reading it either, I'd rate it as so-so. Just about to start this: 
You should be a book reviewer, that's class. I have no idea whether to read it or not now.

This book is excellent. I implore anybody who likes crime fiction to look into the Harry Bosch series by Michael Connelly. I was reading for about 3 hours before I went to sleep last night cos I couldn't put it down.
