Very nearly finished this and very funny it is too. The bit about his lost glasses had me in stitches. 
I've read that Jeebus and it too had me in stitches on many occasions. The bit when he was staring at the blokes girlfriend was one of them. Looking at him know, saying Yes has certainly paid off. Gonna be a film too http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1068680/

| | I brought War and Peace yesterday. I was standing in a boopkshop for half an hour trying to choose between Captial (Marx) and W&P (Tolstoy) and eventually chose war a nd peace, becauce despite being ALOT onger it was cheeper
