About to go and donate a pint of claret to the National Blood Service but I was just wondering...

Is it possible to get a stiffy after giving blood?

Maybe it will soften to a bit of a semi as time goes on?

You are a pillock of the community Noddy and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

The answer to your question is obviously "yes" as the blood is normally taken from your arm.

Avoid, rather than check. Check, rather than hurt. Hurt, rather than maim. Maim, rather than kill. For all life is precious, nor can any be replaced.

It's all the same blood though, isn't it? Maybe you can get a stiffy but your toes might go a bit numb? Small price to pay

If that's the case then, no. Have you seen the NBS nurses?!

I suspect that even if they took a couple of pints out you'd still have enough left over for an erection Nodds.

I knew someone would come up with that joke eventually. I know I'm safe personally but i'm just trying to answer some of life's most important questions here
