| | Well, apparently he has, ish, sort of, well a bit...... Apparently Utd are having Tevez, without paying any money immediately, but will pay up to 30m for him to the bloke that owns him, then they will own him outright. West Ham will get bugger all....as they still don't own his registration. At this point I am wondering how the fuck they are still in the Premiership, although I wish we had someone of his class.

| Well that bloke that owns Tevez is fucked by the look of it. West HAm are saying he agreed to cancel his registration after all the uproar. They are saying they own him, hes not for sale.
The premier league are now shitting it and saying any transfer fee will have to be clearly paid to West Ham if and when he moves.
I thought we were in a mess !
No doubt about it West Ham should have had a points deduction and therefore been relegated. They whole thing stinks they only got away with it becuase brooking if so senior in the fa...
The likes of Shef United got shat on from agreat height no doubt about it.... |

This from the BBC - It is understood though the League would want a substantial chunk of the transfer fee to remain at West Ham rather than it all be handed over to MSI in compensation, otherwise they could be accused of merely covering up the third-party agreements that have caused so much controversy.
So basically the FA fined West Ham but let them get away with a points loss, and now the league is going out of its way to ensure that West Ham get the money back. This is a serious piece of corruption by the FA and West Ham. I only hope that the high court ruling is favourable to Sheff Utd. At least the FA can't fix that. Not that I like SU, just that I can't stand how Brooking manipulates the FA for his own ends. (Aledgedly!)

Looks like he has upset the south American Mafia if you ask me !! Why is everyone trying to get him? I thought he was nothing special last year !! So that the MUFC squad photograph can be used as a humane method of ensuring kids stay away from the medicine/undersink cabinet, thereby enhancing united's club in the community efforts. I mean, come on, Rooney, Neville & Tevez - it would scare the shit out of me, never mind a 5 year old.

According to West Ham he singed a 3 year contract with them last year, according to West Ham and Premier League they teared up the third party agreement with Joorabchian. If this is true does this mean that Teves is on Loan from West Ham? I don't think so! This fucking sticks to high heaven and I reckon this is gonna cause a huge stir!
