| To be honest with you, I assumed players played for their country for free anyway. I had no idea they got paid for it. Fooking ridiculous. They ought to be proud. Unlike Bentley who's clearly a dickwad for pulling out of the U21's. I reckon that's his international career scuppered. Who remembers Chris Sutton? His refusal to play for England B ended his international career. (And Bentley took a place in the squad that Michael Johnson' would have died for. If I was MJ I'd be fucking furious.)
