| Did anyone mention Bruce Springsteen yet?
Avoid, rather than check. Check, rather than hurt. Hurt, rather than maim. Maim, rather than kill. For all life is precious, nor can any be replaced. |

| Black eyed peas used to be an underground hip hop act. they were also very good at it. unfortunatly they have been victims of their own success, much the same as oasis have been. The first album was gritty and down to earth, hence capturing the vibe of the time, since then , the anger towards the world has been diluted. I personally prefer their third album. Music is just one of those things though.

This is true about BEP, remnember em being pretty decent years ago and then they took on lady/bloke and sold out...in a snowball fashion. Started with a pop friendly tune or 2 and they then turned into a machine pumping out the shit 4 x times a year.

| Yeah, i think the weird vampire one is new too. Just think though, if they had never done that tune with JT they'd still be pretty much unheard of in this country.

Might be an unpopular choice this but I'm going to nominate the Chili Peppers. I was a huge fan of their work upto and including Blood, Sugar, Sex, Magik, but since then, for me at least, they've turned into a bit of a bland stadium rock band. It might be them getting older but all the fun, funky attitude of the Uplift Mofo Party Plan and Mothers Milk era has gone. Agree entirely. In fact I'd go so far as to say that I haven't just gone off them with their later albums, but I am actually starting to dislike them. I now find most of their latest stuff quite irritating

| Lily Allen. They are labelling her the new Mike Skinner, I think this is appropriate in that they are both untalented, have lisps and could be mistaken for boys.

To be fair to Lily Allen, at least she sings. It's not all that (c)rappy thing going on. |
