| | A friend of a friend of mine met a girl in 42nd Street the other week, she was 22 and from Manchester, yet claimed to have never heard of The Stone Roses! I reckon she may have been related to bassman!

| | That is a sad, sad state for Mancunian music Just goes to show that the increasing numbers in 42's and 5th Ave are just people there because it seems cool to go there nowadays. Getting sick of having to queue for half an hour to get in, just to find people like that inside

Getting sick of having to queue for half an hour to get in, just to find people like that inside Indeed, I went to 5th Ave a few weeks ago and stood on the balcony looking down at the dancefloor, at one point an Inspiral Carpets song came on and the majority of the dancers just stood there looking bewildered and not a single one knew any of the words!
