Are we related?

Just got in from football and seen were 2-0 up on text, Samaras with the pair, that will do me. And floundering on the brink of optimism, still not conceded at home

Is the glass half empty or half full?......Either way you aren't drinking quick enough!

What went wrong today?
I was expecting a defeat and the sods do that to me and other pessimistic fans. How dare they!!!!

Just hope Samaras can build on today and lead the team on to better things after the poor run the team has had until today.

That's the best display from Samaras since he join the club. Well Done!! The difference today was: - We didn't play brilliant, but for a change we put away our chances against a lack lustre WHU, but who cares?

It’s hard to soar like an eagle when you’re surrounded by turkeys!!!

Who are you calling tossers? This team has been performing nothing other that very poorly since the start of the season. So what else is to be expected? Do you think we are really disappointed with a win?
But let's be realistic, SP's results have been sub-par since he replaced Keegan, if you review the statistics. Is this a blip today? Let's wait and see.

Simply I'm calling all the trosses, tossers who call a deserved home win, again, a blimp.FFS get behind YOUR,so called  team 3 home games without a goal against is a result as far as I'm concerned.

By the way my view of statistics

'Lies, down right lies and statistics'  Benjamin Disraeli

I'm sick off lazy bastard journalists who continue to trot out the same sensationalist shite statistics.

Almost every newspaper you read and every report you see on TV over the last few weeks has been spouting the same, yes numerically correct, bullshit stats.....13 losses from the last 16 games etc etc.But the basis of those stats comes from last season. At the end of last season our form was poor, especially away from home, but wasn't that on the back of stacks of injury's in a paper thin squad.Nothings changed there, in all honesty our summer signings were players in to replace players out.We still have to see anything like our strongest side.

The reality IOM is somewhat different.ONLY the games from this season have any significance as far as I and form are concerned.

Wednesday night was a disaster again but what's new in cup campaigns?

Outside of that we have played ONLY Five games in the Premier League.Three away with an average of two goals conceded per game(crap admittedly). But the GOOD news is at home we STILL have to concede including a win over Arse and a clean sheet against the current leaders of the Premiership.

In those five games we defiantly should have scored more goals,Christ knows we have created enough chances. An average of  .6 goals per game isn't going to win the title thats for sure.Did we really expect too?

Blackburn, Shef Utd.and Tottenham still have to score away from home. Arse, Liverpool and Bolton have only scored 1 each on their travels.Only 7 teams in the Prem have a positive goal difference.I could go on.

I'm not saying I'm satisfied with our position, just that it's not as bad as it is painted by those who make a living by pushing headlines. This years title is already shaping up to be even tighter than last year. I do not fear relegation for us,there is a long way to go.And a top half finish still isn't impossible.

Don't be a lemming by subscribing to their shite.

Don't let the bastards grind you down.

I desperately hope we win tomorrow and eventually win enough games to consign those stats to the history books.I am sure we will.

Come on City.
