| East Stand Massive (05/01/2007) How that after the clubs hissifit over the Micah/Barton/Distin speculation in the press, it's all gone deathly quiet. As I said yesterday ESM - the journo's have to get their pieces in ahead of the competition otherwise their Sports Editors will kick their arse. All bollocks - and the MEN said last night that Distin will sign a new contract. SP on Sky Sports News looked very relaxed about the whole transfer issue....bit of a wry smile when asked about Distin as well. Maybe he knows that the sports journo's are full of shit and that Distin is ready to put pen to paper. I suggest it's not the last we've heard though

Avoid, rather than check. Check, rather than hurt. Hurt, rather than maim. Maim, rather than kill. For all life is precious, nor can any be replaced. |
