I'm beginning to believe our squad is just not good enough, too old, too slow, too narrow.

It's still only September but feels like half our season is already over. Well it is, we ain't going to win the league and we're out of one of only two competitions that could bring us silverware.

There's not muchh good about being a city fan right now is there. However, the fact that we are shit means i can post a lot of rants and i can boost my post count! I might just make it to the premier league as the club slip out of it...

"As it is" we are never going to win the league unless we find £300M burried under the COMS!!

To be perfectly honest, we have got a good first 15 players imho. The problem is injuries have severely affected this set of players, that as well as Pearces increasingly frustrating team selections.

I think that's very harsh, considering some of the quality we have. I know at the moment we are down, but we need to be realistic.

There's certainly a couple of players that appear in the first team that could do with being 'squad' players. As much as I like Reyna (I know most other people don't seem to like him, but I do!) he isn't a left winger, so he shouldn't be played there again. I think SP knows this and now has the players to move into that position.

I'm assuming of course that Beasley will make his full debut tomorrow!

I think with the addition of Beasley, Trabelsi and a couple of the others, going straight into the first team (injuries allowing!) was always going to take time for them to make the impact we want. So time is required to get them settled.

If Beasley can give us a good outlet on the left and provide some decent crosses and interplay I think that will suit Corradi and Samaras.

Here's hoping!

You don't believe I think we can do you?

Seriously, lets give it a bit more time, before we start dunking witches. It hasn't been marvelous, that's for sure, but there is a good side in there trying to get out. I just hope Pearce knows how to pick it. Barring injuries, I can bloody well see it!
