| I remember a few sanctimonious rags blathering on about it being "typical City" that we'd gambled on Pearce when Keggie went, instead of going for Le Guen. Like he'd have suddenly won us the league or something.

| | I think that was in poor taste considering this morning's incident on the M25/M4 TID. It just goes to show how a good coach/manager in one situation can suddenly look like a complete tosser in another. Look at O'Leary for instance - at Leeds he was...ok, bad example. I think Le Guen suffered from a complete misjudgement of the cultural differences between France & the Third World.
