Wouldn't fuck Corradi off just yet, if you want shut of an ineffective striker, look no further than Mr Dickov. Healy has scored a few important goals for NI, but has been crap in the Championship, why would he do better for us?? As for Distin, we would struggle like fuck to replace him like for like, so IMO, keep him until the end of the season as he could prove far more valuable in our back line than a couple of million quid. Maybe about Distin, but i would sooner try and have a new defender bed in now, than at the start of next season. healy is a good striker. of course he looks like he's doing nothing, but he's playing for a rubbish side. His record for Northern Ireland is amazing and better than strikers who play for Germany or Italy. remember this is Northern Ireland, who didn't score a goal for over a year, yet he's got about 25/30 goals in about 50 games!! Sorry Bassman, I'd rather look at Healy's club form than international record. just remeber that Healy is playing in a crap squad but in a crap league. Good strikers will always score goals, no matter who wank the rest of the team are. How? How can you score goals if you don't get any service? Gerd Muller wouldn't score in that Leeds team. |

| The Incredible Drunk (03/01/2007) Wasn't Healey at Blackburn for a while? Wasn't he crap? I appreciate that he scored against Spain and England but NI are normally in qualifying groups along with Estonia and Latvia aren't they?
Hardly like playing the likes of Terry and Vidic week in week out is it?
I still say we go for McLeod, 20 goals in all comps this season and he has pace which Healey would kill his granny for.
I reckon Sylvain will stay if no-one comes in for him this month. If we can pick him up for £500k plus add ons we should give him a go. Some of his finishes this season have been class. There is a rumour that maybe Matthew Mills will be offered to crewe, maybe on loan, and we might get that defender we have been linked with (Jones?) |

| | Outs: Hamann, Mills and Dickov. Ins: Ted Nugent (so long as he didn't cost more than £3m) and Sidwell.
Avoid, rather than check. Check, rather than hurt. Hurt, rather than maim. Maim, rather than kill. For all life is precious, nor can any be replaced. |
