And may I just add
you know, you know, if a feller named Monroe never fathered bluegrass he would still be unrecognised as the grand wizard of speed metal

| | Seems he's to be rewarded for the debacle, though, to the tune of £5m... West Ham boss Alan Curbishley may get an extra £5m to spend after the 6-0 mauling by Reading, taking his January transfer kitty to £20m. (Telegraph)

| | If Reading had got 10 it wouldn't have flattered them. I can't remember such a poor performance by a Prem side ever. It seems that the new Icelandic owners may be doing a Hearts perhaps?
Avoid, rather than check. Check, rather than hurt. Hurt, rather than maim. Maim, rather than kill. For all life is precious, nor can any be replaced. |

| | The fact that Eddie Newton made a comeback after his suspension for drug taking snuck under the radar didn't help much though

| http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/teams/w/west_ham_utd/6225313.stmDicks attacks Hammers' Reo-Coker | Dicks (right) is not the biggest fan of Reo-Coker | West Ham legend Julian Dicks has launched an attack on the performances of team captain Nigel Reo-Coker. The Hammers' resounding 6-0 defeat at Reading on New Year's Day left them in the relegation zone and four points adrift of safety. "I think there are certain players that really don't want to be at the club," Dicks told BBC Radio Five Live. "Nigel Reo-Coker seems to have spat his dummy out. He's one person I'd get rid of and also Marlon Harewood." 606 DEBATE: Do you agree with Dicks? Dicks added: "Certain players think they've got a God-given right to play but they haven't. They've got to earn that right to play at West Ham." The former Upton Park defender said manager Alan Curbishley would have to make some bold decisions soon. "He has to drop those players I've mentioned because they don't seem to care what happens to the club. At least if he brought in young kids from the reserves, they would give 110%," said Dicks. "With Reo-Coker, it seems clubs have come in for him and West Ham have not allowed him to leave, so he's happy just to pick up his wages." The 22-year-old captain has received hate mail from fans with some blaming him for the sacking of former manager Alan Pardew last month. West ham legend ??????? They must be really hard up for Legends as well then!! West Ham Bell end is more fitting !! |
