| | Please can somebody tell me how to get rid of PM's from my deleted file? My space is running out and there doesn't appear to be a facility to get rid. |

| On the left is an option to 'empty PM folders'. Click on that and choose which folders you want to delete the messages from. You don't have to save sent messages to the sent folder which would save space - there is an option to switch that off, either as default or in individual cases.

Go to Control Panel.
Empty Folders.
Select your Deleted File.
Delete.

| Yes there used to be more space, it's a shame it's reduced but it'll just encourage us all to keep our inboxes a bit tidier won't it?

| The beauty of the old one, was you could give it a spring clean every now and again, which suited an idle bastard like meself. Now i have to keep on top of the job, which is more excercise than i need frankly. |

| True and I am exactly the same, but I'm sure our mothers would tell us it's far better to keep on top of it. Have to say my hotmail inbox is shocking, and is now almost too big a job to deal with since they increased everyone's capacity. It was much neater when they gave us a measly amount of space!
