I'm sure she'd be thrilled to know that snippet of information.
you know, you know, if a feller named Monroe never fathered bluegrass he would still be unrecognised as the grand wizard of speed metal

| Dido's great even if her lyrics are a bit, I dunno, deep if you know what I mean? I can't get my head round some of it. Just mind blowing stuff really. I like to put her on when I've got friends round for dinner. I leave the cd case on the coffee table next to the scented candle and it's great you know? Like really relaxing though too if you know what I mean.
I like Jamiraqui and Simply Red though as well.

And Nora Jones. She's, like, so innovative and deep. She reinvented jazz.

That's so true! Great vibe that album, so chilled. Which reminds me, I must put some Chardonnay in the fridge for Friday night because Tiffany and Charlotte are coming round for nibbles around 8.

Make it two bottles od Chardonnay, you know whaty those two are like, especially if they get listening to James Blunt. I mean his lyrics are so meaningful.

Omigod NO! we don't listen to James Blunt anymore! He's so last years thing. No , we're into that other james bloke now, whathisname? James Van Morrisons or something. He's triffic.
Which reminds me, I must pick up some of those scrummy nibbles they do in Selfridges tomorrow. I can't leave it til Friday or they'll all be gone.

| Can I come to your dinner party Cloudy? Sounds super. I'll make my famous prawn cocktail and bring my Jamie Oliver DVD.
Yes, all right.. Christ Almighty! It's like walking down a corridor and answering the door in Nazi Germany! |

| | I'd love to come to Cloudy's party, but I don't think I'm post-modern enough for his crowd.
Anyone fancy something a bit more traditional - a bottle of White Lightning and some sugar butties perhaps?
