| Manchester City boss Stuart Pearce is tracking Werder Bremen striker Ivan Klasnic. (News of the World)

A good player. But can't the club pull a fast one and get Klose?

| Don't know much about this guy...but Klose would be good. We'd only de-skill him anyway

| Klose is very good. Klasnic would be a good move, as he is quite combative, but still with an eye on goal and with skill. If he was added, I think he would fancy being put straight into the line-up, pushing out Corradi (IMO). I think the goals would come, but the first step is the question of how much he would cost, since City isn't a club with pots of cash. But seeing as Klasnic is warming the bench these days, could be an interesting possibility.

| | The more I think about this - the more I agree with BU - we don't need strikers - we need the ones we have to do their job

| Are we trying to do what Spuds did with midfielders?
you know, you know, if a feller named Monroe never fathered bluegrass he would still be unrecognised as the grand wizard of speed metal
