| | He's a good all round player. Can get forward when needed, but responsible in defence. He's brilliant on the ball too, a good passer and has good control. He does however look like some American nerd. I can imagine him wearing a back back and a bright purple and yellow jumper on his way to science club. |

On of the bargains of the season. Thats what you get with Sven quality scouting network. Even with limited money and very little time he brought in some quality players over the last season.

| I think his workrate is second to none. He does'nt stop chasing the ball down for 90 minutes. He is fantastic at putting pressure on players when they are on the ball.
Experience will make him a wonderful player, he will learn when to conserve energy and when to get forwards.

| Concurrage all round. What we have in Gelson is a young player with a huge future ahead of him. A tireless worker, a cultured footballer and the potential to be the kind of player Vieira was for Arsenal. The fact that SGE bought him for the future and has been unable to keep him out of the present tells you all you need to know. Quality player.
