I'm bored so I thought i'd post some pictures of my little baby chickens and ducks. Because they're cute.

My Duckies were born this morning! But the one at the top of the picture couldn't get out of his shell so my dad delivered him/her at lunch and now he/she's fighting for their lives! Doing well though i think. Not that i'm an expert.

Enjoy.

One of the ducks bears a striking resembence to Spongebob Squarepants.

That is spongebob! Patrick (they all have spongebob names) was the only one to be born of the 24 we had so we went and got more! so until we had time to get him some friends i put spongebob there to keep him company!

I find the best way to get duck nice and crispy is rub sea salt in before you pop it into the oven.

The duck has survived and is doing well. They have just moved out of the incubator. I've named them Dizzee and Lupe. Lol!

They are alive and well. A couple are the parents of these two.

Can hardly tell the difference now. I'm happy!

Also Toasted sesame oil with maldon sea salt works well, you could try Peanut oil aswell. Gives it that authentic taste. Hmmmm.. you cant beat a good crispy duck.
