He could have it as his leaving present.

Benny's leaving us? When? Why? How?

Good effort Cloudy, been reading a lot about the Zep in What Hi-Fi.

My next "don't tell Mrs B" purchase is going to be the new Q Acoustics Q-AV speaker system. It makes me feel all funny inside.

Ooh very nice those Mr B. Smuggle them in then when she eventually notices them say you picked them up at a car boot sale. They never guess the truth!

They're so subtle I'm hoping she might not even notice they're there at all. Not for a while anyway and then I'll just say "Oh those? Yeah got those a while ago. Nice eh?" Love the soundbar design. unfortunately the new TV that I'm thinking of getting may be a little bit more difficult to smuggle in.

Thinking of going for a Sony Bravia 1080p LCD for the lounge, and sticking the current Viera in the bedroom.

40. A step up. Got a Pana TH37PX70 in there atm. Soon be getting a PS3 and maybe a HD freesat receiver in the summer so I'm thinking ahead in true HD. Watched any football in HD yet? Amazing.

The block paving may have to wait a few months yet.

And there is me still with my 20" tube TV and a cheap DVD player. I refuse to buy into this new stuff. The PS3 looks nice, but at that price and some cotroversy surrounding Bluray, I ain't buying.

Me and bassman should get with the luddites.

Wow! You're all so extravagant. Makes me a little embarrassed to say what I just bought. An iPod FM transmitter for the car.

This one. But in white.

When I say bought, what I really mean is it was given to me for nothing. It does work though. In fact I've been well impressed. No interference what so ever.

Yes, all right.. Christ Almighty! It's like walking down a corridor and answering the door in Nazi Germany!
