What's wrong with a proper stereogram? These ipod thingy's are shite. I'll stick with my Bose system thanks and enjoy superior sound quality, plus I can still hook up my MP3 to it if needed.

Anyway, for £299 you could buy the new Bose Sound dock. May not look as pretty but I bet it sounds better.

One review Cloudy. The Bose gets 8/10 in most reviews, plus it can be picked up for £150 less that this B & W thingy.

Not one review ESM, google it and you'll see that all the reviews out there, and there's loads of them, put it top and one even says "time to bin your Bose soundock"

I agree on the price though, it is very steep but like I said it doubles as a kind of home cinema sound system for me so worth it.

Avoid, rather than check. Check, rather than hurt. Hurt, rather than maim. Maim, rather than kill. For all life is precious, nor can any be replaced.

Quality is more important than price any day.  When you're blasting out your Burzum cds you're not thinking over your heavily overdrawn Visa card.

All I'll say is that working in the industry for 8 years teaches you to listen before you buy, don't go on opinions and reviews. Everyone has a different ear, plus some products are better suited for certain types of music than others. Jap systems always seem to be a tad clinical, American products very sharp, British products a bit softer.

I remember listening to a pair of £50000 speakers and thinking they were shite, much prefer ed the a £500 pair of Technics RX80 Coaxial speakers.

It all depends on your ears

If there is a problem with them then it is all money wasted anyway

you do not mess with Jack Reacher

My speakers, Tannoy Revolution R2. Great performance for the money (not cheap but not expensive).

he would still be unrecognised as the grand wizard of speed metal

Tannoy are not a bad brand at all for Yank speakers, TDL also offer good value for money.

Another great (but sadly discontinued speaker). Came as standard with the Denon D-M30 system but the speakers are actually made by Mission.
