THe following are all TRUE FACTS!

1 Frank tried to buy Ronaldinho without involing Sven in his talks.

2 Frank brought over a group of Thai "soccer stars" to train with City.

3 Frank made an announcement that could be interpreted that Sven is facing the chop.

4 It was leaked to the press that Scolari will take over from Sven next season.

5 Frank is a twat.

You should run a tabloid slarty.  I like the capitalisation-must be right!

THe following are all TRUE FACTS!

1 Frank tried to buy Ronaldinho without involing Sven in his talks. Possibly true.

2 Frank brought over a group of Thai "soccer stars" to train with City. True but no problem there.

3 Frank made an announcement that could be interpreted that Sven is facing the chop. Not really.

4 It was leaked to the press that Scolari will take over from Sven next season. Leaked, or made up.

5 Frank is a twat. Nah, I don't think he is.

Gottra say I think you're wrong with most of that, Slart. Sorry.

Edit to say I think your were being Ironic weren't you Slarty. I missed that. Soz if you were.

I hope I'm wrong and Sven doesn't get the boot.  The second half of the season has been poor but overall we are in much better shape than we have been for years.

I fear that Frank is an interfering chairman and could balls the whole thing up.  We need consistancy not change to take the next step up.

I share your fear Slart, got a bit too much to say for my liking, but it could all be "lost in translation"!!

For me Chairmen are like Children, "should be seen, but not heard"!!

What manager would come in to work for a Chairman that sacked Sven after only 1 season and turning us around from a relegation favourite to a squad with real potential and a good points tally.  Surely, no manger could think they could have done better.

Sven-Goran Eriksson insists he will still be at the Manchester City helm next season.

Speculation has grown about the Swede's future since owner Thaksin Shinawatra's admission earlier this week that he has not been happy with the second half of the club's season.

City made a flying start to their campaign after the arrival of billionaire Thaksin and Eriksson last summer but have fallen away since the New Year.

They have won just four of their 14 league games in 2008 but remain eighth in the table and in with a chance of European qualification.

Rumours

"These kinds of stories do not annoy me," Eriksson told the Manchester Evening News.

"When you live in football you also live with rumours.

"I have a contract for two more seasons and that is it. I am here to complete what I started.

"I can understand people not being happy with the second half of the season.

"I have not been happy with it either but after winning at Sunderland I hope we are back now and everything should be on track."
