| Nah, I don't think we really believe it. What Thakson said is what everyone else is thinking. That the season went downhill in the second half and we need to add players. That's about all he said really.

| | Well i sat down with a cup of tea this morning got the paper out and turned to the back page and what did i see bouncing out at me....I'll give Sven the Sack. Sven Goran Eriksson's future at Manchester City was in doubt last night when chairman Thaksin Shinawatra admitted he was considering sacking him. Now unless someone has heard otherwise i don't know if they're just milking this for all it's worth but the word admitted made me nearly choke. I just wish he could actually just say somthing, whether it be on our website or sky sports and put this to bed coz to come out with this crap 4 games to go with 6th place still a possibility it renders beyond the realms of shitness. |

| Seeing as Thaksin doesn't give lots of interviews or talk to people in the media then we can assume that the statement given by Thaksin is complete and all that we have read is all that he has said.
Therefore this is the only thing he has said even close to resembling a threat to Sven... '‘We will look at it at the end of the season and assess the club and the people involved."
How the fuck they get Sven being sacked out of that I will never know. It's worse than bollox, it's libel some of the shit that the rags have been publishing.
Honestly, the standard of journalism is this country is so shit I don't know why anyone buys a paper any more. I haven't bought one in 6 years and I don't reckon I've missed ought.
