They are not the first to use it. It's a standard abbreviation for Management. Like e.g. for example (I like what I did there).

Moshing rules. Not that i could do it now. Best moshpit ever? Ooooh, tough one, but I'd say The Massacre Festival was up there, particularly during massacre's set.
Another band who had a following of brutal moshers was, surprisingly, The Levellers. Those bastards were worse because instead of the Addidas basketball boots that people in thrash moshpit wore, Levs fans had clogs and stuff. A wooden clog twatting into theback of your calf? Character building.
You fucking set of gayers.
