| Numerous sites are reporting that SWP is wanting to leave Chelsea at the end of the year and City are at the head of the pack to get him. It is said it would be a 10 million transfer fee and that Chelsea would be willing to let him go. It was also reported that City tried to obtain him in the winter transfer window but Chelsea said he would not be available till the end of the season.
I would love to see him back at City and he would be perfect on the right side of midfield for the club. Bring him back!!!
I suggest we drink.. before we go out to drink |

| Don't ge me wrong, I would love to see Shauny back, but I don't think he would come back. Ian Wright was quoted before the Jan transfer window saying that because Sven didn't give him much of a chance with England that the relationship between Shaun and Sven wasn't the greatest.
However, times have changed, the demise of McLaren has shown that Sven didn't do a bad job with his time as England boss, and his first season with us has been fairly decent (8th? I would say that is a good change from last season). So maybe coming back to City may appeal to him now! It would be a good step in his career, he would be back at a club where the fans absolutely adore him, and he would get a damn good stage to prove himself on!
We will see...!

| | But how long would he get to prove himself again before the "fans" start getting on his back and labelling him as rubbish? |

Erm. He's never been labeled as rubbish as far as I know. Unless you mean those 'fans' that slag everyone off, and they don't matter.
