I myself did a (it's hard to describe) "tongue in bottom, make strange joey noise" at someone the other day, that made them spit drink out. I was and am proud.

That's my standard response these days to angry drivers/ roadragers. In fact I do it quite a bit at work too. Never ceases to impress people i find.
