Yup, Frank seems to be sending out mixed messages, Last week we were on track and he and Sven were planning for the summer, this week he's unhappy with the way things are going and changes may have to be made.

He goes on to talk about changes in the playing staff which is what we want to hear. I think, like us, he is disappointed with our slump in form but must overall be pleased with our progression. |

All these headlines saying the axe is set to fall on Sven etc are making me nervous.Makes it interesting rather than nervy imo. If what we're led to believe is true, Sven by far wasn't Franks first choice, we know for a fact that Ranieri and Ramos were approached prior to the takeover. Anyway, it'd be harsh on Sven, his downfall would be the brilliant start to the season rather than the way it's gone since Christmas. Most of us would have accepted a top 10 finish last August, but the run upto December gave us all a bit of false hope.

| | Unless things are going on behind the scenes with Sven behaving in a way that might bring the club into disrepute, which i very much doubt, there is no reason to sack him. Unless he was replaced by Mourinho then i would seriously doubt that Thaksin was good for the club. Sven's done a superb job, sure the latter half of the season ha been disapointing, but as you say, that is in comparison to the first half. I hope this is all crap, but Thaksins refusal to deny it speaks volumes.
