Most excitingthing today? Like Slart I had a cup of green tea only mine was Earl Grey, very nice too.

Last night we had a new woman at our running club. She had a bright orange dayglo suntan and glitter eyeshadow by the yard. I've called her "leccy beach" which is the name scousers give to tanning salons. Seemed appropriate.

She was a pretty decent runner as well which surprised me somewhat.

Did you think the stilettoes would slow her down?

I've seen her elsewhere in a leopard print bikini which appears to be several sizes too small for her. True story although not out running obviously.

Aww, I wanted it to be while out running.  Persuade her, Cloudy.  Ask her to come along next time in the leopard skin.  Then post pics of the black eyes*

*either hers if she goes along with it, or yours if she doesn't

I should shouldn't I?

I'm fairly certain she's had implants although I've not been invited for a feel yet.

She had pearlescent lipstick on too btw.

I'm painting quite a picture here aren't I?

I've not gone into work yet. Had a few ales last night at a gig and thought it would be best for all concerned if I had a four hour lie-in. Might make a couple of sandwiches and take them into work wrapped in the South Manchester Reporter.

The gig was excellent btw. The Long Blondes. I think the singer's got my favourite female singing voice. Don't usually like women singers in bands. Cardigans and all that bullshit.

why?  some of the finest music ever has got female vocalists.

eg, just listening to Rilo Kiley 'Silver Lining'.

Where as some of the other finest music ever has got male vocalists. Imagine that?

Indeed.  Open your mind, there is a shitload of music out there with female vocalists.

Are Earl Grey and English Breakfast green teas?

Earl Grey is just tea with bergomot oil infused in it.

You'd have to ask Badge about the English Breakfast but I suspect not.

What an interesting thread this has turned out to be.

Do you know nothing about tea? English Breakfast is a classic blend. It's not green tea though, it's black tea. I'm not racist, I'll drink any colour of tea.

Explain please:

I've just ordered a case of wine off t'interwebby. About to eat a ham and salad sandwich. Like Slart I might have a cup of green tea, only mine will be English Breakfast. Ooh, the excitement.

I've got a Higgs boson if anybody wants one.

T'were a joke. Obviously too subtle for your ageing eyes.

lol, lol, lol! Got it now! I haven't really but sometimes it's best just to humour the lad.

Really bassy? Thanks for pointing that out. There was me with my closed mind, only listening to music with male vocalists, when there's a world of stuff out there with female vocalists that I was unaware of. Whatever next? Women being able to vote?

The girl in the shop engaged me in conversation this morning, but I've no idea what she said as she had the most ENORMOUS toppers which distracted me totally.

The MB today.

Whats the most exciting thing to happen to any of you in the last 24 hours? Lies are acceptable.

I just emptied my bits and pieces from my office (quit job), since there was no one there I took the remaining 11 Heinekens from the fridge.

Contrary to popular opinion I prefer Sonic Temple to Electric.

Dunno about the most exciting thing, but the most depressing thing is that I am unable to think of even one remotely exciting thing that has happened.

It is only 11.52.  If you want a laugh have a look on youtube and see if Liam Brady and Dunphy's fight on RTE's Championship show has been uploaded. Very funny.

That's over the whole of the last 24 hours!

I'll have to look for footage of the bust up tonight, bastards don't provide speakers with the computers here.  Apparently, we're lucky that we get computers

Do you need computers to gas beagles?

Of course.   They control the flow of the gas so I can put my feet up, post on the forum, visit (other) inappropriate websites, or whatever.

But not listen to music or watch fights on Youtube, natch.

Keeper of the heretic's fork of doom.
