| | Maybe Sven picked Mpenza and Vas over Bianchi because they better suited the formation. Don't want to trot this out again, but it may have been that we were going to play 4-4-2 with Bianchi and Bojinov, the formation that Bianchi was used to playing, and Boji's injury and lack of fitness at the start of the season stopped that. I wonder why Mpenza's not getting another chance.

I am kind of with you as I thought he was pretty useful, and (my memory may be making things up here) his goal scoring record seemed ok-a bit of a poacher, which I think we need. I'd still rather have someone who really really wanted to be here. Maybe we should sabotage his time in Italy so he really wants to come back...
