I wasn't - for the 'best passer of the ball in the club' his distribution is too often either woeful or way too elaborate

I'm not so much thinking of the money aspect, but I would have thought that AC and Chelsea are more attractive in terms of offering European football. But then again looking at the Italian table AC are 5th, so that's hardly guaranteed I guess... This is not to say that I wouldn't wet myself in joy if we did sign him, I just think the odds are not good. |
