| This story is beginning to ring a couple of alarm bells, according to the MEN roni's brother was at the match on saturday as a guest of the owners. Apparently sven knows nothing about the story linking roni to us, maybe he does maybe he doesn't. The point is, it should be sven who is deciding who we buy, not the owner wanting to make statement of ' look who we have signed', if roni has the desire to play for us and we can fit his wage demands into our present structure then fine, but if he is being signed as ' a present' as sven says then forget it. We will end up paying out a fortune and getting no return, just a player who wants to end his days bleeding the club dry and not putting in the effort. If however we can get the player of 2 years ago, well that would be one of the best signings in PL history, i believe that he has stagnated at barca and needs a new challenge, but as SP used to say- you need to look into a players eyes to see the desire to play for the club.
