Fooking bargain if we get him for that, cant see it like but........ Manchester City owner Thaksin Shinawatra has now hired super-agent Pini Zahavi to broker a deal for as little as £7million. I can, he is costing them a fortune, as they pay his taxes. His weekly wage that he earns currently, Barca pay the taxes on. It was till last season 25%, as he is a Foriegn player, but now its the full amount 43%. They clearly want to get shot of him as soon as possible.

Thats the price you pay for superstars.

| Why is he not being linked to united, Liverpool, chelsea or Arsenal? Why does it seem like none of these teams want him?
Yes, all right.. Christ Almighty! It's like walking down a corridor and answering the door in Nazi Germany! |

his wage might be too high and also they have also stars like ronaldo, gerrard, lampard and fabregas. if i were one of these guys i wouldn't like ronaldinho, too and i assume managers do see it too.

| | Hmmmmmmm. Manchester City are new favourites for Barcelona ace Ronaldinho - and could add his teammate Thierry Henry to Sven Goran Eriksson's squad in a sensational double swoop. The Independent says Ronaldinho is understood to have told team-mates that he may be leaving Barcelona for City and one source has suggested that, despite the player's preference for AC Milan, the Italian side are unlikely, in the final reckoning, to be willing to match his Barcelona salary of €10m (£7.97m) a year. If, as the source expected, the Italians ultimately pull out, City would be the only viable alternative. Sources have suggested that Barcelona are also desperate to offload Thierry Henry if they can recoup anywhere near the £16m they paid Arsenal for him. With a general feeling that Ronaldinho may want some of his former team-mates from Barcelona with him at City, this has raised the notion of both being at City - though that would seem a financial impossibility.

| | Nice big set of BOLLOCKS! Manchester City are willing to pay £30 million for Barcelona star Ronaldinho. Enzo Bronzetti, who is working on the deal on behalf of AC Milan, said: "I am aware of the attention of Manchester City for Ronaldinho, who have proposed to pay Barcelona €40 million (£31.6 million). "But he only wants Milan, we talked together in Barcelona at the Formula 1 Grand Prix. "Rossoneri have an agreement with the player, now they deal with the Catalan club."

We are blatantly being used by Barca to bump up the price Milan are willing to pay of him. I cannot see that he would choose us over Milan however much I would like. To suggest a £30m transfer fee is out of the question especially when £15m is the reported fee required by Barca, I would suggest that Milan want him for £8 - £9m hence the breakdown in the deal. We should issue a statement to say exactly what the position is. i.e. We are interested and have tabled a £15m bid or we are not interested and have not tabled any bid and Milan can just go a fcukoff!.
