Only the original quote is in "...." and then the ? Make sense?

Yeah, thats the way I'd do it, but I've seen it done both ways. Plus I've read the british use one way and americans the other, but I can't remember which way round it was. In fact, the more I think about this, the less I realise I know. I shoulda paid more attention in school.
