I only like horses in sesame seed bun.

Eeeewww!! I could never eat horses!

Horse is quite nice. Can be a bit tough but it's a nice flavour.

you know, you know, if a feller named Monroe never fathered bluegrass
he would still be unrecognised as the grand wizard of speed metal

So do I.  They are best done in a nice BBQ sauce.

Tips anyone?  Jeebs?

Go for Mr Pointment, Benny.  Actually don't, because if it's my tip it'll fall at the first.

I got Turko in the work sweepstake.

Had a nice bit of Ostrich the other night.  And Oxtail-they do that really well here.

I have no problem eating horses.  Some of the ones I back I would genuinely relish eating-that'll learn 'em.

Quite right. Stupid animals deserve to be churned up into burgers.

A few weeks ago I was at the Irish Stud.  They had the skeleton of Arkle in the museum.

There's probably still some marrowbone in that that could be put to good use...
