Had a nice bit of Ostrich the other night. And Oxtail-they do that really well here. I have no problem eating horses. Some of the ones I back I would genuinely relish eating-that'll learn 'em. Quite right. Stupid animals deserve to be churned up into burgers. A few weeks ago I was at the Irish Stud. They had the skeleton of Arkle in the museum.
