Tuncay Sali 60,000 pwTuncay was a free transfer though so it still turns out a pretty good deal, wonder how much lucas neil would be on if liverpool never came in for him? How much does dunne want anyway, I read someone he just wants the same as micah which is 50k a week isn't it? sounds reasonable to me give him what he wants.

What would he have been on at charlton 20..30k? and it's not even as if there was loads of competition for his signature when he went to tottenham. I reckon they'd have probably offered to double has wages to sign for spurs to somewhere between 40 and 60k a week. They'd have to be mad to offer more than that for no reason. He was never gonna turn it down was he? Its not as if he was being offered more somewhere else.

Micah is earning over £2M a year - How can Dunne spend what he earns, what can they do with all their money - I wish agents could be banned, it's just them strangling clubs and telling players I can get you £XX. I'm just jealous really.................. PS- Even if we had Rooney and Henry (since Jan) we wouldn't score many more goals - I think rather tham blaming a lack of good strikers we should blame, lack of creativity & lack of energy on the pitch and the formation we play. Benjani banged them in at Portsmouth and now Defoe is doing the same - Pompey give good service to strikers & create opportunites we don't. We seem to lack composure, motivation and energy some weeks - it's as though the team dynamic is all wrong - no team spirit.

| its true about bent. the top 20 earners in europe was published recently. i think kaka was first, then ronaldinho. it obviously included terry lampard and ronaldo. but bent was in there on about 90k a week and sol campbell was on something like 110k i think.
