B for Badger (01/04/2008)
Bill Bastard (01/04/2008)

Done some of my best runs with a hangover. Perhaps not a forum bootoff/meetup size hangover though.

Avoid, rather than check. Check, rather than hurt. Hurt, rather than maim. Maim, rather than kill. For all life is precious, nor can any be replaced.

Can vouch for that. Got my half marathon PB whilst a bit hungover.

The only couple of times I can remember puking in the last five years or so was the morning after two forum meets. I might give the run a miss. You two obviously weren't drinking properly.
