Cracking debut album, difficult second IMO. Understand the Interpol connection but the 'poor mans' bit is harsh. Especially as Interpol are a poor man's Joy Division. I ignored the editors due to their boring name. Bands should have proper names - like Witchfinder General, Electric Wizard or Orange Goblin. I had to google Orange Goblin as I liked the name so much. Iron Monkey is also entertaining. Doom Metal would appear to be a source of good names. Orange Goblin are a heavy metal band from the United Kingdom that formed in 1995. They have gained a somewhat cult status in the UK doom metal scene, where they rank among groups such as Electric Wizard and Iron Monkey. This is what happens when stoners sit around rehersal rooms and spend the entire night dreaming up great names for their bands. Other classics include Fu Manchu, The Fucking Champs and Celtic Frost. Names you'd be proud to have on your t-shirt. This may well be my new favourite band name ever.

Agreed. All harsh but fair!
