| | We all now that we've lost a uefa cup place through spurs winning the league cup. If pompey finish 6th & also win the f.a cup is there then an extra uefa place??????? |

Not to mention that we're still in the running for the fair play place!  |

| I've said this before and I'll say it again, the only way we should play in Europe next season is if we finish in the top 6. It's a good measure of how far we've come and should be earned rather than handed to us via other means. Let's not forget the disaster of our last Euro campaign, it came way to early and cost the club millions in wank signings and high wages. I'm fully aware why Euro footy in important, it brings in extra cash plus helps lure a better quality of player, but I'm not sure the thought of playing a bunch of teams you've never heard of whilst your supposed to be on your jollies would attract anyone.

From what I've heard there are already moves afoot to change the rules if Cardiff were to win or finish runners up.

Whoever wins it gets it, regardless of whether Pompey finish sixth or not, because 6th doesn't carry a UEFA spot this yearThought we always had 2 places available from the league, (5th & 6th), and 2 from the cup competions? In the past a spot has always gone to 7th place as more often than not a team that is in the Chumps League places has won one of the two cup comps.
