My intitial post said, "I wouldn't be too bothered if they went in the summer." I didn't say we should get rid or sell. Reason for this is that I have a feeling that Dunnie may want away for whatever reason, only he knows. As for Elano, he's similar to Gio in many ways, when on from he's world class, off form a bystander. He's no started blaming the bloody state of the pitches for his poor form, utter bollocks. I suspect he also would jump at a move to Spain or Italy if someone comes knocking. We need players with 100% commitment, and unlike a year or so back we don't have to shit ourselves every transfer window because of the fear of loosing one of our top players. It's now OUR choice, plus we have the funds to bring in quality replacements. So as I said I'm not bothered, although I do feel differently about our home grown players. Don't think Dunne wants to go just wants to be on the same money as richards which is fair, he shouldn't even need to ask Richards benefits a lot from Dunne, and dunne has been our best player for some time, I'd be pissed off if we never offerd him the contract he deserves, With Elano he frequently says how much he loves city and has recently said he wants to stay for 7-8 seasons. Elano does play shit sometimes but as people have said Drogba and Ronaldo we're both shit in their 1st season, elano has not been that and deserves a chance next year imo

You used to think that players would be proud to play for a club like City and give it 100%, nowadays it's all fucking contract talks, stupid fucking excuses for poor form and very little pride. You even see the so called 'big clubs' having problems with players demanding more and more, it seems that even regular silverware, titles and CL footy isn't enough. You used to think that the 11 players on the pitch played FOR us, now it seems the play in spite of us. Anyway, still think a lot of people view Dunnie through blue tinted glasses, yes he's a good defender, but he has his failings,
