Tough match this, could see it ending up a draw. If we'd have nicked a win against Bolton and could win this we really would have set ourselves up for a UEFA cup spot.

We continue to ride the luck of results around us fortunately, but every other team heading for UEFA spots do ths each hyear we should remember.

Anyways, I fancied us against Bolton more than ths fixture, cant exactly tell you why. We need another Spurs type performance, well we just need to playing to that standard every match and I would have no queries with anyone's work rate.

From the reports I heard we looded the more likely to score against Bolton, plus we played some decent stuff, just shows what a difference Petrov makes when he can be arsed, plus Elano seemed to want to make a point by being left oot of the starting 11. Our problem is fire power, we can even stop the third highest goal scorer in league from scoring goals which is a worry.

A-huh, but it should be remembered Bolton also had two chances which were 'how did that not go in' type stuff. We had a about four

Firepower, the last ball, a finisher, taking chances...however you wanna dress it, it all means the same thing.

Someone get a message through to Captain Snort
That they better start assembling the boys from the fort.
And keep Mrs. Honeyman right out of sight,
'Cos there's gonna be riot down in Trumpton Tonight.

Has 0-0 written all over it.  Brum need to keep ca lean sheet and hope for a goal on the break, we'll probably set up the same,so a big fat stale mate.

Wish Sven would just try and go for it with 2 up front in games like this.  No one would blame him if it all went Pete Tong.  We are very much the outsiders to get in to Europe, we need other results to go our way, so our fate isn't even in our own hands - just go for it.  Play Benjani and Vassell (or Sturridge) ahead of Eland (RM) Petrov (LM) and Ireland with Johnson in the centre.  The more we play Benjani alone up front the more likely we are to get no goals and slip out of contention completeley.  We could batter Birmingham with a 4-4-2 formation.  They will set up to absorb a City 4-1-3-1-1 or 4-5-1........it iwll become a game of hoofing the ball around.

C.T.I.D. (then some)

I do think the way we fanny about with the ball so much in and around the box that we could have Torres up front and make him look bad. When we do shoot it tends to be more out of desperation at the end of a game from ridiculous distances/angles. More urgency required.

Sometimes I wish that I could stop you from talking when I hear the silly things that you say
