It was a shocker and he should have gone for the tackle, but I would have sent him off for his arseishness turning his back on the ref also.

didnt robbie keane get booked during the same incident for chatting to the ref? ergo yellow for the tackle (if it was only a yellow) and yellow for the backtalk.

the FA are taking no further action.

Keane's booking was a different incident, just after. Not that Cole shouldn't have gone, but just for clarity.
