Bassman, you seemed to have gotten yourself in to a right mood here, and you have only yourself to blame I am afraid.
1) people have differences of opinion. Fact. Rather than saying *insert band name here* are turd, just leave it. Or 'they're not really my thing'. Walk away from it, you saying to me that a band I like are shit, there is no need for it, unless, like most other forumers here, it was meant in jest/able to be joked about.
2) I didnt put my band up on a message board now did I, you have, and you've received criticism and now you're annoyed.
3) as much as you've said dont, clearly you do care what people think otherwise you wouldnt have just PM'd me a sentence with 9 expletives in it. My first ever message from you, cant say it's inspired me to reply man.
My two pennies, whether you'd like to hear it or not, you need to think twice before you post. 'Is this gonna piss someone off' is always a good rule of thumb. No need to be pissing other people off now is there.don't tell me what to fookin do.
Someone get a message through to Captain Snort
That they better start assembling the boys from the fort.
And keep Mrs. Honeyman right out of sight,
'Cos there's gonna be riot down in Trumpton Tonight.

Danny's right about one thing Bassman, your lead singer is shite, plus the lyrics are a tad cheesy. One punch is all it would take, believe me. I believe you. The question I have for you is, can 5 Leaves Left escape from Oldham's Dog & Duck Taproom and manage to secure a support slot to a mid-table indie band (like the Subways) at Manchester's The Ritz?
