We moved for him in January along with bentley. I'd rather have bentley for £16m but would be very happy with Lennon.

Not at that price. 8 mil max. and even then... Looks good when he's running at people but, it's the end product that often lets him down.

Look at it another way...

Castillo on one wing, Lennon on the other, Johnno and Ireland in the centre, playing Elano just behind the Benj.

Thats a pair of wingers to be feared, and the balls that Lennon and Castillo could provide the Benj with have the potential to make him a hell of a lot more prolific than he already is

End product is very disapointing with him, Ronaldo was the same when he joined utd he's aint that bad now, he's got all the raw attributes and just needs managing the right way imo. Lightening speed England international and has bags of potential, Petrov on one wing and Lennon on the other would have defenders terrified. Cant think of many better right wingers we could attract tbh

After the Everton game, I can only see him as a back-up. No player is inexpendable. If he's gonna petulantely lash out at the opposition and get sent off, is that a player we really want wearing our clubs shirt? Advertising the club???

On his day he's our best player, yeah that kick was pathetic but its only happend once and am sure someone would have bollocked him for it, there aint many full backs who get near him on his day and his delivery is brilliant, I see castillo as a striker or someone who would play in the elanos position.

Not worth 16 million... wouldn't even pay half as much for him.

Agree, 16 million we can get 2 to 3 players .

He's a great little winger, and a perfect way to show clubs we mean business... Of the three I've seen us connected with today (him, Henry and Owen) he's my clear choice

Love a player with natural pace but as has been said previously no end product, and cuts inside so often he may as well play CM. For the right price he would be a bargain due to his age. 16M would be the worst valuation for a player since Darren Bent!
