What odds are we offered on Keagan leaving if they lose to the Brummidgums tonight?

He'd have to be close. I think McLeish is way, WAY strategically stronger and able to orchestrate a win here.

Makes me laugh when I think back to the Newcastle fans when they signed him...'King Kev's back, he's a legend!!'

Was a legend, and that was as a player. Everyone else saw it for what it was, a mickey mouse appointment, except the blinkers on Newcastle fans. Tell you what it is lucky they had points on the board when he arrrived or they woud be strong shout for going down.

They still are, they're in the relegation fight no doubt about it, and really up shits creek if they lose tonight

If I had to choose between them I'd keep Fulham up and let Newcastle go down.

Newcastle will bounce back but not Fulham and I do like a City awayday at Fulham.

Everyone's favourite away match! Also fulham supporters are harmless, I know quite a few. And I like Michael Jackson, their number one fan. anyone else remember the walk around the park he did with Mohammed? Quite ridiculous.

Personally, i think Birmingham will beat them tonight.  Birmingham are a decent side on their own pitch, and thrashed Tottenham the other week.  Then they got Fulham at home Saturday, and Fulham haven't won away from home for about 75 years.  Wouldn't it be about right for Fulham to go and win there.

If Newcastle fail to win either of these two games, plus Sunderland on the horizon for them then (and wouldn't they love to beat Newcastle?) then i think they will press the panic button.

Someone get a message through to Captain Snort
That they better start assembling the boys from the fort.
And keep Mrs. Honeyman right out of sight,
'Cos there's gonna be riot down in Trumpton Tonight.

I can't help but have a little chuckle at Newcastle and the mess they're in. As has been said earlier, the way they welcomed Keggers back like he was the messiah, saying he's he one to turn them around, and then him looking like a rabbit caught in the headlights from the first minute of his first game is highly amusing.

I can see brum doin them over tonight and i can also see Fulham starting to win more, they've looked a much better side since Bullard came back (football-wise, not "looks"-wise, he's one ugly mofo).

Newcastle fans are getting what they deserve. I'm no fan of Fat Sam but to want him sacked after 6 months is laughable. Not even City fans are that deluded.

I'd find it hard to choose between the two. I can't stand Fulham's insignificance. They serve very little purpose within the league. I am aware that that is quite snobbish, but it does bug me.

But i'd like Newcastle to go as well just because it would be so amusing. They're the laughing stock of English football at the moment.

That's a bit harsh. You could argue that any team that doesn't win anything or isn't challenging for the title serve little purpose in the league, and that would include us.
