| Cloudyshin O'Watra (14/03/2008) No sympathy for the club but do feel for the fans a bit even though one of the fuckers tried to stab me once.I don't. They are as guilty as the board when it comes to delusions of grandeur. They were responsible for Fat Sam getting the boot, whilst in mid table and after just 7 months.

I can't stand Newcastle fans. They are the self-proclaimed most passionate fans in England and moan about not being able to get a seat in the stadium. Before King Kev came in you could easily have an entire row of seats to yourself. It would have a nice circular irony if it was King Kev who saved them and brought them to the verge of greatness and then brought them back down to where they belong.

Just like us and Peter Reid. I reckon they might just regret sacking Sam for a long time to come. I still wonder where City would be now if we's had the patience with Reid. 5th place two years running. What we wouldn't give for that now.

Although I reckon it's much harder to finish 5th now than it was then, but still... They shoulda stuck with sam. If I remember right, they had their best start to a premier season for 10 years and he get sacked. Fucking disgrace. Deserve all they get, as long as it's bad.

There was quite a lot of talk about the real reasons for Reid being sacked. He liked a drink and was known to favour the ladies quite highly too, even if he had to hand over a quid or two for their company (aledgedly I have no evidence of this just heresay.) My point is, you have to wonder about Sam whether there was something more than footballing reasons for his departure.

| Keegan hails Barton re-emergence | Barton made his league debut for Man City under Keegan |
Newcastle boss Kevin Keegan has spoken of his pride at the return to form of midfielder Joey Barton following Saturday's 3-0 win against Reading. "Manchester City is a big club but this is a massive club. He came with a big fee and he had his own private problems," he told BBC Radio Newcastle. "Fair credit to him, he's handled everything as well as anybody could in those circumstances. "He's played like he can in the last few games and I'm pleased for him." |
wankers. looks like my dream relegations are not going to happen - although bolton are going to die, newcastle won't. fucksticks. |
