| Very disappointed. It's the only station actually worth tuning in to. I listened to the Noel and Gem acoustic Lowry set on it and was amazed and awed by it. Absolutely gutted

| XFM's pretty poor - its just another heavily commercial station with a very small playlist - you're guaranteed The Killers, Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters and Oasis every two hours and they're all the same fucking songs. Absolutely nowhere near as good as The Revolution - 95.1 FM.
Thought you didn't listen to the radio anyway Bassman?

So why the downer on the demise of xfm then? Its not like its Oldham Community Radio, so your airplay bedrock is safe, for now......
