I thought they might be doing maintenance work but I still cant upload my photo to my profile. Don't know what happened, I hadn't realised anything was wrong, I didn't try logging in at that time. The site does get taken down from time to time for maintenance/upgrades though. Sorry, I've left a message for bluemoon about the photo problems, but he's not been on here much lately.

The site does get taken down from time to time for maintenance/upgrades though. Sorry, I've left a message for bluemoon about the photo problems, but he's not been on here much lately. I'm not 100% sure whether its a site problem or my problem why I cant upload my photo. The error report I get says something like the "process timed out", and as I have two computers on this network and the one i'm on is the second in the network, this computer is often affected by what the other one is doing. So if the other one is uploading it affects this ones upload speed. The other one has been downloading and uploading for a couple of days, so it could be the reason why I cant upload fast enough. Thats if the process is timing out. But then my DU Meter is saying my upload speed while trying to upload the picture was 220 kbps and if I remember right, thats what it was the last time I did it when it worked. So.... I dont know. *sigh*

| Well if there's ever going to be a time in the near future when the 'first' computer is less active, it may be worth a try then, if only to rule that out. I'm not sure how much time is allowed before it times out, but it might not be long at all.

| The hosting facility went fubar last night for an hour or so. Wasn't just us but many servers went down. Sorry about that.
Regarding the upload personal pic problem, it works fine for me and also SB has tried it with no problems. Looking at the error can't really see what the problem could be other than maybe the picture you are tryong to upload is far too big and therefore timing out. Can you chack the filesize of it?
