Two things, firstly the story is only in Tribal Football and doesn't quote a source, secondly Cicinho is being tracked by the Scum as a potential Neville replacement and would be available for about £6m. It says Sven is interested so that's all I know. |

Meantime try telling that to Arsenal, Chelsea, Scum, Liverpool, Everton, Newcastle, Real, Barca, Juventus, Internationaziale, etc because they're all fully active in the run up to close season NOW. Pre-season agreements can be arranged at any time, and are legally enforcible. |
