Still crying out for a right winger. I'd probably have been happy to not see us sign a striker if we could have got a decent player to go out on the right.

To be honest I think we could stick Geovanni on the right wing and be fine.

Hark now hear, the City sing

I'd have thought if that was going to work we'd have done it by now...

Hardly sounds prolific, but maybe they are substitute appearances, he's only young. Maybe Gelson knows him?

Just read a thing from a Swedish bloke giving glowing praise, I'll try and find it. He says most appearances were from the bench, but that it might take two years to get him up to speed with the prem. Not what we're looking for if that's the case.

Was the Swedish guy Sven by any chance?

Can't play 90 minutes and be effective. Also does fuck all tracking back - we can maybe get away with that on one wing, but not on both.

I was gonna say the same thing. He's alright coming on when we're chasing the game cuz then its not about tracking back.

Yes, all right.. Christ Almighty! It's like walking down a corridor and answering the door in Nazi Germany!

Etuhu looked quite good on the right. An option?

you know, you know, if a feller named Monroe never fathered bluegrass
he would still be unrecognised as the grand wizard of speed metal

I'd have to see him play there for a while to be honest. Doesn't strike me as a natural winger though.

He's sure as hell a better option than Ireland out there. Even the guys on the radio broadcast were saying he was garbage in the game against Derby by giving the ball away numerous times, but hey what is new.

I suggest we drink.. before we go out to drink

Yep i even slate ireland myself sometimes, gives away far too many cheap balls away. Last time i wasnt happy (shef utd) ....ended up singing "ireland is a hoofer" even simple 10 yrd passes dont even make the target. Not impressed with his progress at all.

Too often, we lose sight of lifes simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and bitch-slap that mother....pass it on.
