| | Samaras and BIanchi both gone, Castillo injured, Mpenza not worth 2p, we need a striker and fairly damn urgent, but (other than Podolski, which the rumour is still floating about with), I can't see anyone we can bring in in 2 days! Is it just me or are we up shit creek without a paddle?

Couldn't think of anything else other than "fails to keep it in his pants" Sturridge looks awesome, but isn't it a bit much to place the goalscoring fate of the club on a 19 year old? Boj is gonna take a while to get back to full fitness too!

It's hardly the fate of the club drama boy. let's look at villa, got money, new good manager, started bright faded second half of the season...this season, slow start but looking immense, getting stronger by the game and looking like the side their manager wants. give it time, we had a great start and if it'd kept up it would've been amazing, but we all said that we were in dreamland. now we gotta work a bit harder.

Pretty good idea. Turn up a day early and score a few goals before Derby realise what's happening. Dunney might even bag one.
