Reports have been made that Cityitis has been spotted in certain remote outposts of the UK - Vets are advised to take this threat seriously and to administer the usual procedure of making the victim watch every home game from January  - July 2007

It's my nephews turn to go to the game on Saturday, he can't make it as they're going away, so I told Miss ESM she could go. All I got was "What's the point daddy, we're going to get really badly beaten."

Looks like I've a spare junior ST going.

wise head, young shoulders

Tried the old, "You can't be a proper City fan till you've felt the pain" card. Didn't wash. Even tried "You know how much you love the chips from the Hong Kong chippy." Didn't work either.

Have you tried the 'if you want to see another birthday' angle yet. Menacing and threatening behaviour is surely the way to go.

Don't want to risk a child cruelty rap by the social services. Wonder if City are offering ant counseling after Saturdays match?

She's a City fan ain't she. What more could you do to her. In fact, I'm surprised you haven't already had a call from social services. Mental cruelty is still a form of abuse isn't it?

I'm starting to take it as a personal insult when people make fun of Corluka's run. 3 different people have said "He runs like you" to me. Now I'm getting paranoid that I walk like a spaz too. Just the other day someone said "I could tell it was you from right over there just by your walk". I've been told I'm twine toed but I have no idea what that is.

Yes, all right.. Christ Almighty! It's like walking down a corridor and answering the door in Nazi Germany!
